It is now the leading tool for automated clipping.
I would like to say that there is a lack of a convenient parser that will adapt the content according to a template, but overall this is the best tool for automation and clipping work.

Making shorts is very easy and I love that you can add B-roll to them. I love that you can add B-roll to longer videos too, it really enhances the final product of shorts and videos.

I had a billing issue but the customer service was great!!
Update: There was a billing issue but the Opus Clip team solved it within a few hours, and I got my money back. Awesome customer service, guys. Thanks! —————- The program itself works, but the billing issues are terrible. I just noticed that I’ve been charged twice for several months, and after doing some research, it seems this is a glitch that other users have also complained about. I had even canceled my subscription and was promised a free month, yet I still received an invoice for November. This is extremely frustrating. I have many podcast episodes that I want to clip into short-form content, but dealing with these billing issues makes it feel like it’s not worth it.

Customer service was great!
I really like that customer service was was prompt and very efficient. I don't like when I have to be waiting and waiting to talk with a Live person. My issue was handled very quickly so I could move forward with creating content. Thank you!

Opus Clip has been an incredible platform for quickly transforming my long-form videos into engaging shorts and reels. Its simplicity in clipping, editing, and posting to multiple platforms simultaneously saves me a lot of time. I simply cannot imagine going back to my old posting methods. I would give it 5 stars except for the situation I experienced when the new structure went into place. However, the customer service I experienced in fixing the problem impressed me and that's the point, really, isn't it? I'm glad I stuck with this company.
