I am very happy with Opus. I've found it incredibly helpful, powerful, and easy to use, and it saves me a lot of time when creating clips for our podcast releases. The customer service staff are exceptional. I recently had some project failures, and the staff quickly identified the causes and corrected them. They take their product seriously and are present when any problem arises.

The customer service team at Opus is exceptional. They handle any issues and/or inquiries promptly and they even follow up after the issue has been resolved. I have had credits disappeared from my account, and video creation that failed to finish. In both cases the support team responded within minutes and resolved the problem. Great product and great customer service.

Good concept, but the UI/UX for key editing features is lacking; the software is quite buggy. I selected English, but it adds Romanian subtitles to every video. it seems to have assumed I wanted Romanian, even though I chose English, but these are just a few of the hundreds of bugs in the software that I tested over the course of 5 days, every day. It’s pretty annoying that it constantly freezes; the videos I uploaded weren’t larger than 700 MB. That says a lot about the software as a whole.

This is an honest review. I really appreciated the hassle free experience when I decided that I needed to try another platform for my podcast needs. Not to say that there product isn't fantastic, because it is. To me personally, it was refreshing to get a response from a human and I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a refund. I'm giving them 5 Stars for customer service and Opus is a great tool!

I bought 12 months of use time since I bought into the hype marketing, I used it for a bout 3 months? It was good for some AI voice auto captioning, that it was its best feature. Its generated clips often captured nothing I asked for and when left to completely automate would focus in on just uneventful parts of the video. I'd manually have to go and re-edit about 80% of the clips it generated, the ones I left as is performed very poorly by comparison. Then I didn't use it in several months, then without my consent they tried to charge me for another 12 months. Not worth it, especially not anymore with improvements in many AI programs. Then they fired off an email full of bs about me cancelling my account.

I've been using Opus for the last 2 years and I must say... My personal brand wouldn't be where it is today. Thank you Opus clip... You guys really changed the video media game.

Fully Bullshit. Before you Pay, you get a upload cap from 30 GB. After Payment to 15 Euro per Month, your cap goes down to 10 GB. All the shorts are completly shit.

DO NOT BUY OpusClip subscriptions! Their recent forced update completely destroys RTL languages (Persian/Arabic), making the text totally unreadable. Because of their software bug, their system blindly drained 30 of my credits, completely ruining my workflow. When I reached out for a refund and a fix, they didn't even bother to give me a human agent. They hide behind a useless AI bot named "Ollie" that just wastes your time and ignores refund requests. They take your money, break the app with forced updates, steal your credits, and refuse to refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
