This item was cheaply made and very difficult to track. Honestly it looks like it came out of a candy machine. Very disappointing!
Response from OpuliftsSep 17, 2026
Hi Nadena, thank you for your honest feedback, and we're sorry your keepsake left you disappointed. We've shared your comments about the quality with our production team, and we understand how stressful unclear tracking can be. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details so we can look into both concerns for you.

Hi Lorri, thank you for writing, and we're sorry it took us this long to answer here. An order you paid for that never reached you is exactly the kind of thing we want to resolve, and it's not something we can look into from a public review. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll trace the delivery and take it from there. A person reads every message and will get back to you.

Didn't know the package was coming from overseas
Response from OpuliftsSep 22, 2026
Hi Cherie, thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry we're late replying. Where an order ships from is something you should know before you buy, not after it arrives — that's a fair point and we're looking at how clearly we say it. If there's anything about your order still unresolved, please email us at [email protected] and we'll help. A person reads every message and will get back to you.
