Hi Kyle, thank you for taking the time to tell us this. A keepsake you can't make out clearly isn't what we set out to send anyone, and we'd like to look at your order specifically — the size you received and how the image printed. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number. A person reads every message and will get back to you.

Hi Ursula, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry the size of your keepsake didn't match what you expected from our product page. That's not the experience we want for anyone, and we're reviewing how we present dimensions so they're clearer. If you'd like, please reach out to us at [email protected] so our team can look into your order and see how we can help.

Hi Nadena, thank you for your honest feedback, and we're sorry your keepsake left you disappointed. We've shared your comments about the quality with our production team, and we understand how stressful unclear tracking can be. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details so we can look into both concerns for you.

Hi Lorri, thank you for writing, and we're sorry it took us this long to answer here. An order you paid for that never reached you is exactly the kind of thing we want to resolve, and it's not something we can look into from a public review. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll trace the delivery and take it from there. A person reads every message and will get back to you.
