I’m not satisfied with the service that I received. I received a gift box 1st not including the butterfly that I ordered. Both items came separate not to mention I still have not received the precious butterfly that I’m waiting to give to someone special. can someone please help me locate my idol?

I love it, good quality and absolutely beautiful. Shipping didn't take as long as I expected and its definitely worth it for the price.

I ordered a memorial as a gift on Sept 17 and it said it would be delivered by Sept 26. I received an email on Sept 18th say my order has shipped. I emailed customer service on the Sept 24th to check the status. They responded on the 27th apologizing saying the movement hasn't been recorded by the courier. At that point , I asked that my order be cancelled. I was told being it was already shipped they couldn't cancel. On Sept 29th I checked the tracking of my order and it stated the shipping label was created on Sept 28th and shipped Sept 29th. Needless to say, these people give false information and poor customer service. Had I known this item would not be delivered as stated, I could have purchased something else from somewhere else.

The piece is really beautiful. I do wish there was a larger size. This was the largest and I think it’s kinda small. But very pretty.

My items came just as advertised and were very beautiful. I was able to track my items easily so I knew exactly when they would arrive. They were personalized and everything was perfect. I am very pleased with my order and will order again from this company.

I really do love what I received the only issue I have is it’s much smaller than I expected it to be but other than that it’s beautiful I just wish it was a lot bigger than it is.
