They got all my info was set up to do a video. Call the video call kept timing out over and over waited 40 minutes finally called customer service. They were weird about me logging in in my info. I asked them to delete it. They gave me another phone number and then I found another email. I’m hoping that my info will be deleted, but overall it felt sketchy and I would never recommend this to anyone.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy! They transfer you around on hold and do not answer your questions, most of the time you are sent off shore and the reps slur their words. The absolute saddest part is that any company would choose them, it just shows the low level of appreciation that the company holds for their employees. OPTUM is a scammer who is only out to take premiums and provide the lowest level of support and service to it's customers.

I am back on hold after being transferred 4 times. Kind, professional staff who are doing the best they can. But the Optum system is badly maintained and I am often cut off or transferred to the wrong departments. Patients like me are dependent on the drugs Optum distributes and the delays and lack of communication are scary when patients are not getting information in a timely way.

Very confrontational customer service. How many times do I have to identify myself. After I gave my info to the bot then again to the agent. He pulls my information ask me again and again to verify myself when he has my info infront of him on his screen. They Mail my refill every time. This agent asking me how I want it mailed. Told him however u did it the previous month and the month before. These agents need training. I am not a new patient. He said I should call back for refill. I gave him my consent, my identity address and he still didn't complete my order. He was very rude. So I don't get my meds on time I can hold this agent and pharmacy liable.

I am a physician. After a bat exposure, they refused to cover my own rabies post exposure prophylaxis. If your employer uses Optum, request a different provider in the future.

I contacted the pharmacy because I received a text message that my order had been returned to OptumRx. The first person I spoke to kept referencing the tracking info and didn’t seem to understand that Optum advised me to call to verify shipping address and resend the order. She even said that since the tracking shows it was delivered I got the text message due to a computer glitch’ I gave up on the call and sent an online chat. I got the same thing, it didn’t register that Optum has the order since the company text told me they did. I asked for a rph or rph tech. I was told to call the same number, so I started all over. I called and asked for a pharmacist and asked why, I said I had a ‘clinical question’ I reached a wonderful rph, he found the documentation about the order and had a new order sent expedited. The very alarming thing is if I hadn’t pursued the situation knowing I’d been given the wrong info twice, I’d be without my medication. This pharmacy has to do better!!
