3 weeks, lots of broken promises
It has been 3 weeks with lots of broken promises. Now getting my deposit refunded seems to be Impossible. Emma said we could handle my transportation needs and after several appointments to meet with drivers nothing happened. I have filled a chargeback with my credit card company. I will update this review if they fix this problem.

If I could give this company a 0 star…
If I could give this company a 0 star rating I definitely would!! Here is the information they sent me ... Hi Terrell, This is Emma from Operex Auto Trans. Your all-inclusive shipping cost is $625 This rate is real-time and based on carrier availability. Order ID: 25475155 Included in this rate: * Door to Door Transport & Live Tracking * Up to $1M Insurance Coverage * Up to 200 lbs. of Personal Items * Carrier Assigned within 24 hrs. * Coordinated Pickup & Delivery Windows * Licensed & Insured Carrier We combine speed, safety, and support. This is what I was told but this is not what happened. They doubled my price the day of pickup. Mark was very unprofessional and was trying to talk over me. I tried numerous times to get my deposit back and just use another company but they wouldn't do that. I paid a deposit of $300 and they said that they couldn't give it back to me. This was my first time using a company to transport a vehicle. This experience was TERRIBLE!! I will not EVER use this company again and I would advise you not to either. They even made me take my review down because they said they wouldn't transport my vehicle unless I did. Now that my vehicle has arrived here is my review. The JETTCO driver was great. He was helpful when I turned my car over to him and was very nice. Next time I will definitely cut out the middle man.

Pleasantly surprised!
I was pleasantly surprised with the Operex customer service. I personally communicated with Michael Wood and everything from the initial phone call/text to post delivery was great! Operex provided ease of mind in what's typically a stressful process. I would definitely use them again for future auto transports!
