I loved the shoes unfortunately they were too big. I reached out to Opera and they offered me a 15% refund from $65 and keep a pair of shoes that are too big for me. Or pay $35 to return the shoes to UK for a full refund, which technically would only be $30. Keep in mind that the store front said New York, so why do I have to return to UK? The shoes were so comfortable and exactly what I was looking for but their return process/ refund is unacceptable. And this are not the first shoes I order from Opera, the other pair were also a US 7, and fit fine. Anyone interested in a size 7 kitty heel Tan shoes that fit like a 7.5?

I am so excited to have found this site , for my boots yesterday, and I will get my dress , my beautiful dress with my 50% I may get more then one , beautiful dresses for affordable prices . Thanks Opera.

DO NOT order from this store. They use stock photos of their clothing and will send something totally different from a factory that they have never even seen before. When I tried to return my item because it was a completely different shape and was misrepresented online, they refused to just give me a prepaid shipping label to return it despite it being misleading. It is SHEIN level quality and has a higher price point. Dont bother.
