The ordering process was easy. I like the product variety and was excited to see the orthopedic spin on the shoes. I ordered three pairs. They shipped quickly. The shoes are lovely--exactly what I wanted and of excellent quality. However, the sizing is off for me. They were advertised as US size 11, but the length is short on all three by a half to a whole size US. "All three" I wonder? Perhaps my feet are actually not size 11. But my closet contains many (we won't discuss how many) pairs of size 11 shoes, all of which do, indeed, fit. So, I recommend ordering a slightly larger size even if the store assessment says it fits true to size. Otherwise, the shoes are lovely and I am returning these in hopes of a replacement that fits my feet. Oh, and they have been very communicative about that, as well.

I like the fast response that I am saving and I hope that I buy the Orthopedic boots that I ordered

I purchased shoes from OperaNY that were marketed as orthopedic. When I received them I found that they were quite painful and I contacted the company right away to request a return. Since then it has been several weeks and multiple emails- including their requirement that I send photos of the shoes- inside, outside, with a measuring tape, and on my foot. I tried on these shoes 2 times (once for their photo)- other than that they have never been worn and are in their original packaging. OperaNY’s decision is that I can “exchange” these shoes for a $15 fee, in addition to covering the cost to ship the shoes to their return facility in the UK (this is a NY based company). Together this will cost more than I paid for these shoes. This is their customer service for someone in their 60’s, trying to purchase orthopedic shoes. I feel duped and hope I can prevent others from making the same mistake.
