Frustrating! I purchased shoes from this company, never took them out of the package, returned them within the refund deadline with tracking information to a California address they gave me and have not heard back since. This has been going on for 3 months now! I had checked the reviews on this company before purchasing the product and they were good...but after checking again, I see I'm not the only one with refund woes!

BEWARE! Do not trust. Ordered: Liah | Orthopedic -company sent a pair of knock off boot from Illinois. (Not even from the New York address listed on website ) Requested full refund via email but continuously given same scripted message with no follow through. Only accepts returns shipped to the United Kingdom at the consumers cost. Unable to return to state side warehouse. Multiple public reports and scam trackers confirm that operanewyork.store is a fraudulent e-commerce storefront operating a classic "bait-and-switch" loop. A search of public complaint database shows dozens of consumers have reported being trapped by the exact same scenario. Fake Customer Service: Buyers on both Trustpilot and Reddit have pointed out that the phone number listed on their site (+1 718-592- 3900) routes to a random, dead voicemail box, and they completely stop replying to emails once a refund is requested.

I strongly recommend NOT purchasing from this company. I ordered a jumpsuit that was extremely scratchy and uncomfortable. It was completely unwearable and would have been torture to wear. I never wore it, and I still have all of the original packaging. I immediately contacted the company to request a return. Since then, I have repeatedly been told that they will “get back to me.” They never do. I have had to continue following up just to try to get basic information about returning an item that was never worn. This is unacceptable customer service. A company should not make it this difficult for a customer to return an unworn item, particularly when the customer reaches out promptly and follows the company’s stated process. What is especially frustrating is that the company prominently advertises a high Trustpilot rating on its own website. My experience has been completely inconsistent with the level of customer service that rating would suggest. I am leaving this review because I want other customers to be aware of my experience before giving this company their money. The quality of an online retailer isn’t just about the product you receive—it’s also about how the company treats you when there is a problem. I will never shop here again, and based on my experience, I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.

Never order from this company. Placed order over two weeks ago. Still supposively in processing. Contacted customer service via email several times. Responded by what I believe to be AI. Contacted customer service phone number on website. No return response. Paid hundreds for a pair of boots. Already received the money but no boots. This company is absolutely horrendous. Claims they are out of New York but really out of China. Also never receive product that you pay for and of course no one returns a response to get a refund. I am frustrated and now have had to contact my credit card for a charge back. Absolutely ridiculous. be AWARE and DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER

I got scammed. I ordered the shoes, but they do not fit. I had to go through all these insane requirements to try to return them, and now I have been ghosted. Now I have shoes I can't wear and am out the money. Buyer beware

Worst jumpsuit ever DONOT buy from this company at all customer service is 0, once you order you get an email immediately with a discount to write a review, why write a review for an order you haven't received. Do not even try to order thiet jumpsuit then you can't return it for sure. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OUTFITS

I ordered an XL linen shirt. It took forever to come, and when it did, it was not a linen shirt, but polyester/cotton,, It was definitely not XL, and the shirt had no label (OPERA, size, or otherwise. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted a picture or me wearing it, and measurements of the shirt, which I supplied. After much correspondence, they finally sent information for a return bu;t NO LABEL. And the return was to the UK, which would be almost expensive as the shirt. Do not deal with this company! A terrible experience!!!
