Some aspects of the program were not clear to me. I did not realize that I am required to initiate follow up visits every three weeks. When I first joined, there were frequent texts and emails from Remedy Meds. After two months, those stopped. I asked an apparent change in my dosage. Someone called me back and told me that it was identical to what I previously had. I spoke to a friend who is doing a similar program through a different company. She gets text reminders of what she needs to do. My suggestion is that Remedy Meds should be proactive in reminding customers of what you need from us in a more consistent and timely way. That being said, Candace, the provider I worked with today, was great. She is an excellent listener, answered my questions, and clarified that I must reach out to you every three weeks, rather than the other way around.

Efficiency and reliability

Sign up was easy. I had a video call with a healthcare provider and it went smoothly. I submitted my lab work and was approved for weight lose medication. Shipments arrive on time too. I am very happy.

Nurse practitioner was easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. She gave me all pertinent information regarding the usage of meds and what to do for upcoming refills, etc.

Very personable explained everything about the procedure clearly
