Not the company it used to be
Very high rates for shipping a pair of shoes from US to Italy. Least expensive they would have charged me 112$ for FedEx Priority. THAT'S INSANE. I've used OPAS in the past and was never asked such prices. They've literally gone mad. Parcel was also delcared for 2.4lbs, I didn't understand why the increased to 3lbs. Has it got any weight during transport? That's ridiculous. I was also unsatisfied with the service as it took them 3 days to get an estimate after my reminder and they didn't offer me an option to lower the cost shipping. They just ignore it the fact I was shipping a pair of shoes. Luckily I was able to return the item back to seller with a prepaid label. But be aware this company is not the one it used to be.
