Should have researched before ordering. I had a similar issue with delivery like others here and the company claims they can't do anything *policy. Will be heading to the BBB next.

Iordered a device before reading the reviews as i had previous experience with ooze products After readibg the reviews i had a panick atta k amd contacted ooze I did get a response in two days I did recieve my order in a timely manner It arrived 90% charged in the paclaging and worked right out of the box The device is an ooze hover My only complaint would be the heat function may work better if the elements were closer to the tip However i utilize cannabis for temper and emotional issues and anxiety Not just to obtain feelings of euphoria That being said,i do not consume nearly as much as i used to I do however reside in humboldt county My personal experience with ooze is quite satisfactory and the hover is a decent choice for fairly compact portable concentrate device Thank you ooze Stay viscous✊️

Ok well they are cheap and legit but,I bought a tye dye mystery box 2 of them one for myself and 1 for a friend they were tossed in a box they weren't separated worth it yes, then I bought 2 of the 520 mystery boxes and 2 of the may mystery boxes well it was all tossed in a bag and to.top it all off with my friends 2 were tossed in the bag,we got.between us 4 of the same items and not just 1 item of 4 multiple items,I can see 2 of the same item in a mystery bag but,4 items really and customer support was bull.they don't have control what goes in really cause I bought other items than the mystery boxes, buy, their items yea but,I dont recommend any mystery boxes except the tye dye one, cause the other mystery boxes are a crock of crap.

I would've gave 0 if I could. The company doesn't seem to wanna honor its warranty, and chooses to ignore customers. Like literally, they told me if I continued to email them about the product that they were going to block me. Wtf, definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If u actually want someone to help u when you're having problems with product, DO NOT purchase from ooze. I almost feel like someone is playing a joke/prank on me because it's so crazy how bad their customer service really is. Like I can't even believe that they are in business, the way they're acting is 💯totally unprofessional and no one should purchase from them. It sucks because some of their products are decent, but their customer service is a 0. I know 💯 that product is faulty and they're telling me different, that they tested it and its working. I told them when I send them a video of it not working after I receive it back, if they will finally do their job. But they didn't even respond, pretty sure they don't really have any intention of actually helping anyone 🤯

Been using ooze products since I was fresh out of highschool and I am currently 27. I've submitted a warranty claim in the past with no issue, but with my most recent purchase, they refuse to honor the warranty with no valid reason, and the responses from the customer service is pure copy/paste automatic responses. The company used to be better, but it seems they have lost their integrity. Batteries usually can last a decent time if kept in good condition, but every product I bought from them eventually just stops wanting to charge and becomes unusable. I like the temperature settings on the twist 2.0s but their customer service is so bad that nothing makes up for it.

I wish I could give 0 stars, because if I could I would. I used to purchase from this brand frequently for their inexpensive and quirky products, but my most recent run-in with customer service has me genuinely baffled. I wish I read these reviews here before purchasing from their site again. They clearly delete negative reviews on their site and I didn’t even consider that. I purchased two 510 batteries from their site early May, and both arrived fairly quickly, although they were delayed from the original arrival date. One of the batteries works just fine, but the other did not fit my cartridges despite saying it works for 1g. I registered the products and immediately reached out to customer service letting them know this product is unusable to me and it is still in the original packaging. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I asked for store credit so I could buy something that will work for me! I still wanted to purchase from their site and give them my business. This was their response: “Hello, Unfortunately, we would be unable to help as the device is working. The battery works with most standard 1g 510-thread cartridges. However, if the cartridge has a long mouthpiece, or is larger it may not fit. We apologize for the inconvenience!” Wouldn’t that be nice to maybe put in the website description before I purchased the product? The circular mouthpiece cartridges are the only ones that fit, anything else will not unless it is .05g. It should be standard, not “recommended,” if it is the only thing that fits! I responded saying this feels like an inaccurate product descriptions to me, and I would just like a refund to my account so I could repurchase something else. Again, met with denial in a one sentence email. I truly feel like this isn’t a crazy request, as the product was $15 at most. I was fully ready to hop back on the site and re-order. So, I write a negative review on their website oozelife.com just like I’m doing here, and post it. I check the next week to see if there’s any more negative reviews, and mine is no where to be found. Coincidentally, there are no one star reviews on the product, only 2+. Posted again, and the same thing happened. My review is non-existent despite my account receiving points saying I left a review weeks ago. This whole situation just left me pissed and $15 is such an odd hill to die on. It’s not a lot of money by any means, but as a consumer I try to not waste my money on unusable items. I was a regular customer but now I will be bringing my business elsewhere because wtf?

I don't remember having many strong issues with their 510 thread products back 10 years ago. Now, they've went further into a lack of quality with a very, VERY unclear warranty. The product in question is known as the "Pinch." It is a two piece unit, a mouth piece that separates into three pieces (Main housing unit, a screen, and an area to hold the screen) The instructions were to load the product, it runs for 180s and is inoperable for 120s to be useable again. Two weeks into ownership, the mouth piece cracks and the magnets are popping out with it. They have me wait additional time before the mouth product is available. I buy some, and make a claim. They decide to only refund me for one of the pieces I bought, I had to still pay s&h and taxes on one of them. Twelve days later, there's a hairline fracture. My idea is that the ceramic and magnets on the device get too hot and need even MORE time to cool down between use, otherwise a metal magnet and ceramic piece running between 325~425 degrees can not handle the timed use and WILL break consistently. I had warned them in the e-mail about this, and now have followed up telling them that the item needs to be removed from sale at all. They need to raise the price of the product to accommodate the warranty more if they wish to keep the product, as with ordinary use within the items ruling, it will break and you will buy more replacement pieces, rendering an affordable product to become a repairing money sink. Their websites customer support is ran by AI, and you'll only get a customer response if you call out their AI. Their AI made mistakes and I responded that having AI run customer support issuing misinformation wouldn't be well for the brand. The e-mail I eventually stopped getting responses since I complained on how much of a bait and switch this feels like with faulty products. Their 510 batteries are probably OK for use, but flower based vape products that have a too good to be true price tag definitely have quality issues. BUYER BEWARE
