Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel to be so close to our warehouse and still need to wait for shipping. At this time, our warehouse is not set up for in person pickup or retail operations. It functions strictly as a fulfillment center, which allows us to process orders accurately and consistently for customers nationwide. While some local brands offer pickup options, our current setup prioritizes order efficiency, inventory control, and shipping reliability rather than walk in service.
