Trust trust trust! Onyx is amazing!

Updated and corrected review!! I placed my first order, skeptical of which company to make my first purchase with. Onyx did not disappoint. Fast shipping, product itself was effective and pure, everything went smooth so I placed my second order. I did run into a small issue with one compound, and at first my follow-up emails went unanswered, which was frustrating in the moment. But it turned out to be a misunderstanding with how my messages were being routed, not anyone ignoring me. Once it got sorted, Kenzie was genuinely attentive, understanding, and stayed on it until everything was fully resolved. Peptide journeys can be stressful in finding the right company to trust. Onyx stood behind their product and are there for their customers when needed. What matters to me is how a company handles things when something goes wrong, and for that reason, I will continue to do business with Onyx. High recommend. This is a genuine review from a real customer.
