I didn't receive the download link, so just before take-off I had to buy a new ticket, so I could get in to the country. Adressing this, the customer service agent found the link, send it to me and also arranged a refund for the extra ticket I had to buy. Excellent service.

I travel a lot and one thing that always comes up is proof of onward travel. The problem is, most of the time I don’t even know when or where I’m going next, so buying a real ticket just for that doesn’t make much sense. That’s where Onward Ticket has been really useful for me. I’ve used onwardticket.com more than 10 times already, and it’s been smooth every single time. The ticket is generated quickly, and I’ve never had any issues at the check-in counter, airlines have accepted it without problems. What I like most is the flexibility. Instead of locking myself into an expensive flight I might not even take, I can just get a temporary ticket and keep my plans open.
