I have nothing but praise for this company. The booking process was quick and fast. Last time i mistakenly put the date of the ticket i booked then i emailed the customer service to change my date. But told me they cant do it and no refund given. Instead they gave me a promo code which i can use it for next booking absolutely free. And just now i used it. Everything is flawless. Trust me this company is good. I hope you can maintain your service.

Viajar desde latino America a Asía es un camino largo el cual requiere de tener todos los documentos necesarios para no tener inconvenientes. Al final se pudo solucionar y logre tener mi ticket gracias a Stephanie quien con su gran habilidad logró entender rápidamente mi situación. The website states after they send a reservation for an actual airline where you can check the reservation but the only airline that comes up is a cargo airline. I don’t know if it will be accepted but it definitely looks sketchy and now I dont have peace of mind. Edit I spoke with costumer service and they gave me the option of booking me a new flight or cancelling. I preferred changing to a new reservation with Delta and when asked for the forward flight in the airport it was accepted.

I booked my onwards ticket on the wrong month, I booked another one, and just as a chance i wrote and asked if they could refund, Got a positive answer in a few hours. thats really nice service. Also checked my booking on the airline, and its confirmed.

Very easy and smooth experience. Their customer service has been very helpful when I had a spelling mistake in my name. As I was in a hurry I booked another ticket with the correct name. They refunded my first payment right away.

Excellent experience with onward ticket! The service works as expected, we were using it for Schengen Visa purposes. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and didn't realize until it was too late. I contacted customer service the where really fast in their replies. Unfortunately you can't change the dates of the reservation so instead they gave me a new ticket for free! They really delivered way better than my expectations.

Paid my $$'s Got EXACTLY what I paid for and at the time that I requested it to arrive. 100% happy Would use again if needed without hesitation.
