They are so good responding to people's questions and doubts! Very transparent and clear. I had a problem with the PNR code which was different than the real one needed to see the booking on the web page, but they gave me the real one really quick.

I needed flight confirmation for a Visa application at short notice. I didn't want to commit to pay for a full ticket in case my Visa application process was delayed and my foreign meetings would be lost. Onward Ticket promptly supplied me with a holding ticket and I was able to submit my application immediately.

La location du billet s'est faite de manière très rapide ! En à peine 1 minute, j'avais déjà reçu mon billet. J'avais oublié de changer le genre de la deuxième personne apparaissant sur le billet, j'ai donc contacté le support qui fut très réactif et j'ai pu corriger l'erreur l'heure d'après. Je recommande fortement ce service, car grâce à eux, on va pouvoir voyager en toute tranquillité sans avoir peur d'être refusées à cause de l'absence de billets retour 😅

I contacted Onward Ticket to change the dates for a flight I was taking soon. Customer Service was prompt, responded quickly, and also nice. They were patient in trying to find the flight I was referring to and in resolving my issue, turned out I had mistakenly contacted them. My flight had been made with another third party company.
