I messed up the date on the first ticket and they replied within 30 min or so and I was able too change it free of charge. Good customer service.

Great company and great customer service! I did not realise that the ticket expired within 48 hours of purchase. I emailed the team and they responded straight away and sent me a voucher code to redeem a new ticket free of charge! I’ll be using them again for sure.

Booking a forward ticket was easy. Very few easy steps and done. But by mistake I booked wrong date. Not just they helped to change the date but later on they help with cancellation too which was required due to some error from my side. Their ticket reservations are valid for 48 hours to be wise to book tickets accordingly. Very nice team. I am very thankful.

I purchased a ticket without being aware that it was valid for only 48hrs so reached out to customer service and they replied very quickly, offering me a voucher to purchase again without any extra charges and informed me of when I should download the ticket. Great service and assistance 👍

I have been using Onward Ticket now for 2 years+ and have travelled the Americas and Europe (10+ flights) without any problems. This is a must-have service if you don't know when or where your next flight is ;)
