First time writing a review like this. Felt compelled to as the customer service was exemplary. I accidentally entered a wrong email address for my ticket so didn’t receive it and they helped troubleshoot the issue quickly, found the transaction and issued a refund. It’s customer service like this that will keep me as a user of the service.

Gosh, this is a remarkable service. The support team person that helped me deal with my boo boo (Honey) was remarkable. As a customer we all know hard it is when customer support are inflexible. This normally is from an inflexible process; onward ticket is certainly a company that relates to their customers. I salute you all. Thank you.
