I made an error on my departure date and their support got back to me in under 30 minutes, supplying a link to correct the error. It was totally my fault, but they made it right.

I’ve been using Onward Ticket for years now and have never once had any issues. I accidentally booked the wrong date once and with one email and less than 30 minutes I got it changed and didn’t have to pay more. Amazing customer service.

Booked a ticket with them as a requirement for my next travel. There was a slight problem but their customer support helped and assisted me until I got it fixed. They have the most patient and competent staff. Would highly recommend!

Really helpful at the airport for a country that required an exit ticket before allowing me to check in. Had to book twice with Onward Ticket because first one didn’t go through (total time spent: 5 minutes), but wrote them immediately after and got a refund issued for the order that didn’t go through in no time. Made it to my destination country without any further problems. Top quality customer service, would definitely use again!
