1 Customer service is fantastic they answer every question until your sure 😊. 2. I made an error on my first name I managed to change that. 3.The onward ticket was worth its weight in gold when asked at check on Air India flight from Goa to Bangkok and luckily I just purchased one. So I can honestly say it worked for me, plus it gave me piece of mind ,when your stressing will I get asked or not .... believe me it's better to pay £13 than to have a heart attack at check-in or immigration....yes 8 out of 10 don't ask but the day they do your left floundering. So thanks onward ticket worked for me

I just found out about this service today. Great business model. I booked a ticket and downloaded it in about 4 minutes. When I looked at the ticket it had the wrong date. I emailed customer service and received two responses within 5 minutes. One automated, but the human follow-up sent a link to fix my issue. The fix took 2 minutes. It was a fast, simple and accurate fix to my issue. Overall, a great interaction with this company. They solve a problem that is quite ridiculous in the first place. They are not the cheapest provider out there, but after today’s customer service, this is my only onward ticket provider. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this website. It is easy to use, very quick and has a great customer service. I wanted to change the date in my ticket after paying and I did it by contacting the customer service in no time with no extra fees.

Very pleased with the service and the after sale support! I made a mistake during the booking and they were very understanding and after I spoke to support they immediately sent me a link to modify my flight.
