I’ve used Onwardtic 3,4 times - Quick, responsive, accepted by immigrations. To add - they were very responsive & helpful with a tech challenged individual . Edit! While what i wrote was true, as of August 26 - now an onward tic may not be accepted - at least mine was denied: I was extending my visa in Bali, in person, with required exit ticket - my latest onward tic was NOT accepted - told it was not found on airline website. I had to excuse self, purchase actual tic, then visa extension approved. May be accepted elsewhere - idk…

Always very efficient. I use it all the time when i travel without any precise return date. I needed to get refund for something because i paid 2 time a same ticket, they replied to me in less than 24h and refunded me without negociating. I recommend

We flew from Kunming China to Phnom Penh Cambodia on Thai Airways and to board the plane you need proof of departure from Cambodia; we don’t have a set schedule so we didn’t want to commit to a departure date and destination so we used Onward Ticket two hours before our flight and was instantly issued a ticket. When we arrived at the airport to check in, the ticket agent asked for proof of departure from Cambodia, I showed her the ticket that I downloaded from the email from Onward Ticket, she typed in the flight information into her computer and we were issued our boarding pass! Worked perfect

Everything moved so swiftly that the moment I purchased my ticket I received the confirmation to download via email. I also got assistance in how to confirm that the ticket was registered in the system through the customer service rep, and they replied in less than 5 minutes after the email was sent to me. Comes strongly recommended!
