Responsive, quick and efficient! Such a relief

I had booked my ticket way too early. The nice sales person understood my error clearly and gave me an option to have my money refunded so I can rebook my ticket on the day. I was actually leaving. Thank you so much. This means the world to me. this is a very good service.

Bought ticket a few hours before my international flight to Asia. Received it instantly. Return ticket proof was asked at baggage check in, ticket worked perfectly. Even if it's a bit more expensive compared to others, it works 100%, I recommend.

My ticket was not asked from Bali to Kualalumpur or by customs when arriving in Kualalumpur. Maybe because I speak Indonesian....I do not know. Anyway, it was my first experience with this kind of ticket and I booked a ticket too early for Thailand. I contacted the help center and they explained everything. They gave me a code number in order to book another ticket for free. I received my second ticket with my wishable dates. They were very helpful even if finally I didn't need this ticket.
