100% trustworthy! I used it already 2 times to enter Bali (ticket check in Netherlands and in Vietnam), didn't have any issue. It is actually an official ticket :). The ticket is valid for 48 hours, and they cancel the reservation for you. Customer service answers within 30 minutes, so if anything goes wrong during the process, they will solve it within seconds. I will keep using it!

I used Onwardticket.com for the first time to buy an onward ticket for my parents, as it can be really frustrating to leave the Philippines without showing proof of a confirmed return flight. After purchasing the onward ticket, I received the PNR code. However, when I checked the ticket status on the airline’s website, it wasn’t available. This is the best companion that anybody that travels a lot internationally can wish for. Booked a flight out for a relative and the ticket they booked had a stopover in the USA. Some countries need visa to do that stopover so I reached out to ask for it to be changed. Literally heard back from them within 25 minutes. They fixed the ticket and all was solved. I was initially thinking I would never hear back in time, but they were very quick to respond.
