Simple and fast service & process, satisfied with the end result. The initially provided PNR wasn’t verifiable with the airline, but the Onward Ticket customer service provided me with an alternative in just over an hour after I informed them about this. That one performed just fine.

To be honest this is a good service, It also solves a lot of the hassle of trying to book a reservation. For an onward travel situation.The docs are superfast user friendly website.And support staff are very responsive.

Sadly the service did not work after I paid as it could not find any flights. However the customer service was really good and helped asmuch as they could. When nothing could be done they refunded me without any complaints. They also replied really fast to all of my emails.
