Good service and excellent support

So, they do not issue a flight ticket but a reservation, take in count this if you need to show it during your entry to some countries, I expressed that this is useless for me and they offered me a refund which is lovely so I'd say that they are a serious company after all

Só não vou dá 5 estrelas por não ter mais disponível a opção de vôos direto e não mostra a rota disponibilizado antes de efetuar o pagamento! Desta última vez, tive que entrar em contato com o suporte o que eu dou 5 estrela, pois foi bem atendida e resolveram o meu problema, e deu tudo certo! Por favor recoloquem os voos direto novamente no site.

Confíe en las opiniones que registra esta página. Pero no me fue bien emitieron una reserva con escala en USA; que no me sirve porque no tengo visa de tránsito y ellos no dan ninguna solución e insisten en que no requiero el visado de tránsito lo cual no es real como lo confirma mi agente de visa en Canadá. Estoy tramitando un reembolso. :(. Finalmente fue tramitado con éxito.

Used it for visa application. Got the application denied because of the travel ticket. Contacted the team at onward and got a full refund in the same day.

Great support. When you have issues they are quick to respond and resolve.

I contacted Melodie from customer service to aks for an invoice/receipt, they couldn't help me, but they answered really fast and politely, so I give them four stars for that.
