Onward TicketReviews of onwardticket.com

The Staff named Honey was so approachable and professional. She was able to cater all my concern and solved it as quick as lightning. Really appreciate her so much.

Literally, this site is very trustworthy. I had heard that there were no refunds or changes after booking, but when I contacted customer support, they quickly gave me the chance to change my details. Thank you so much to the Onwardticket team!

I accidentally booked the wrong dates, they were happy to change it for free and all within 5 minutes via email. Super duper experience.

I made a mistake and did not use the activate later option so got my ticket too early. Emailed them and they send me a coupon code to redo ticket a use activate later option! Very helpful service!

Fastest and friendliest customer service experience i had since a long time. Thanks a lot guys.

Needed to change the reservation due change of flight dates. Support was very quick in answering and finding good solutions. Very friendly! I recommend onward if you want to have a safe and supporting partner for flight reservations to get a visa.

Merci beaucoup
