I posted the wrong Email address missing a character when booking the Onward ticket, so upon reaching out to the support team they replied promptly with the expected time slot & assisted resolving the issue by providing me a copy of my Onward ticket. Thank you for your quick reply & resolution.

I've used them a few times over the years and it always worked perfectly. I recently had one booking where I couldn’t pull up the confirmation on the airline's website at first - but Honey from customer service was super quick and helpful and we figured it out a few minutes later. I made an error with my booking and requested an edit. I was given a link to edit the ticket info at no extra cost. There was a problem with the link, so I was given a coupon and was able to rebook the ticket with no problem or extra cost. The coupon covered the cost completely. I was impressed with the speed with which I was helped and the efficiency and attitude of the person who helped me. I will use Onward Ticket again and recommend this service to others.

The Support desk, Honey was her name, was very friendly. After error messages she suggested to use another browser or paymethod. Which was useful. Onwardticket is very user-friendly and even more important it saves your text after you had to quit for some reasons. Nowadays, is my experience in Vietnam and Indonesia, they DO ask to show your onwardticket.
