I've tried a wide variety of different platforms over the years. Some big names, some not so and each had things I liked and didn't. When my team and I made the decision to move to Ontraport last year, we went into it with a bit of apprehension based on our previous experiences. WOW, were we blown away. The platform actually does all the things the salesperson said it would, which was not my experience with others. Their support is extremely helpful and knowledgable. Additionally, I have learned so much through their resources and Facebook group. I am a very happy camper and can't imagine running my business without Ontraport.

Une fois en place, ça marche et on ne cherche plus d'autres solutions - c'est une entreprise d'ingénieurs avant d'être une entreprise de vendeurs (looking at you salesforce), la plateforme est construite de manière très intelligente et très robuste, l'API est très très bien documentée et construite de manière logique - la combinaison des fonctions qui ont été ajoutées les dernières années permettent de faire des choses qui sont impossibles (à ma connaissance) à faire avec tout autre plateforme. Il en faut minimum deux ou trois. On peut aujourd'hui créer des systèmes ultra complex en quelques heures, et créer des sites webs totalement dynamiques en fonction de qui visite la page (premiere visite? Client? Client premium? Ils ne devraient pas voir les mêmes choses, et chez Ontraport c'est très simple à mettre en place), protégés par mot de passe ou non. Même plus besoin de serveur pour héberger son site. Pas encore de support en Français (même si l'app est traduite), Googlez "turnkeyprofits" si vous voulez une démo, toujours heureux d'aider un compatriote :) Une fois qu'on a compris la logique c'est assez simple d'y travailler au quotidien

Of all the marketing automation systems I have tried over the years. Ontraport is by for the easiest one to implement and manage. And the features you get rival the features that you would find in a system that is four or five times the price. And then there is the customer support. Their live chat is amazing and if you need some more in depth support they will schedule a live screen share with you. You can't go wrong with Ontraport.

I started with Ontraport in 2013 and we’ve grown up together. Their customer service is incredible and they’re truly committed to helping you solve your challenges. In a world of automated everything for customer device being able to schedule a screen share and get to the bottom of your issue is a dream!

Ontraport has some amazing automation capabilities. They don’t market their custom objects feature and ability to easily design unlimited landing pages enough since those features are what sets them apart from other marketing software in my opinion. Can do what bigger companies like Hubspot can for a fraction of the price.

Over 10 years I can say there have been issues in the past. It's a massive piece of software. They have always taken care of me, and my concerns were handled well and with care. Their promise to reduce the burden of technology for businesses is amazing. I can do things now that I couldn't deam of before having Ontraport. It's so much easier to run my business now. These tools are as simple or complex as you want to make them. This platform is clean and reliable. The customer service is fast and friendly. The QA and developers are talented and enjoy their work. Yes, there is room for improvement. That's the fun part. It's only getting better. Main reason to jump on board, It's the leadership. The CEO is humble and incredibly smart. He is even in the Facebook group responding to posts. The President is an amazing leader and business woman. She has created coarses that can help you move your business to a whole new level. Most of the directors in the company have been groomed and promoted from within the company. The software is powerful, flexible and almost limitless with open api. It is as close to an all in one small business package as you will find at any price.

Such an amazing all in one system. We had worked previously with Salesforce and enthusiastically leapt over to Ontraport when we saw what the system could do for way less cost. Fantastic customer support, they work hard to really listen to the customer. Love how they are always working to improve their product and stay ahead of the curve in the industry.

Ontraport goes above and beyond to support one of the most powerful CRM and marketing tools ever made. They take care of both their certified partners as well as clients. Weekly trainings are done, and there is so much content on improving both your Ontraport use cases but your entire marketing and funnels systems as well. After visiting the Ontraport campus a few times what impressed me most of all wasn’t their software but it was the companies culture and how it treats people! Well done Ontraport.
