Very positive
Very positive. When I had a Hobo unit fail, they had excellent tech support. They have always been helpful about answering questions related to use of the loggers.

I got the Bluetooth HOBO and it works…
I got the Bluetooth HOBO and it works great, but the big thing is calling a company and immediately talking to a person who knows about the product being sold. That never happens anymore. Frankly made my day.

I LOVE DATA
This has been a God sent, helping us dial in the issues that temperature and humidity are causing in our manufacturing process. Hoping will lead to climate control facility. Like I tell my employees without the data it's a hard sell, however, Data doesn't lie and has no bias. It is making me look good just by collecting it.
