I appreciate all the assistance they provided in explaining the product options and helping me sort out which best fit our needs. The DDLs and Gateway help met our unique needs. The Tech Support folks have been extremely helpful - willing to answer all questions and provide step by step assistance when we bump into a question. The devices are not exactly plug and play, but their excellent customer service helps us over that hump.

The order with Onset went well. But I was later contacted via email thT there was something wrong about the zip code. I contacted them back after e few days. By then Covid 19 was a big issue. Even if I had corrected the zip code, there were no guarantee when I would have gotten the protective boxes, because Bangladesh had complete lockdown by then. So I cancelled the order. Ms. Janet was very cooperative. Hope to order again when the situation gets under control by the grace of God. Thanks. Stay safe.
