I spoke with a customer service representative and a technical support representative. Both were helpful and able to answer my questions so that I could buy the correct replacement part. The part was delivered in a timely fashion!

Customer service was great on the phone. My pro v2 loggers were backordered, but ultimately shipped several days earlier than the promised date and I had them in my hands much sooner than expected. Thanks!

I also want to thank the entire team for being very current with technology. I wanted to replace our U-DTW-1 shuttle (from years ago), and the new one is so completely different that, at first, I thought that we had received the wrong product!
