The Onset website is super easy to use. I got the part quickly with a full set of instructions. Parts are pretty much plug-and-play. One reason I keep using HOBO/Onset is that the parts and service are easy and can be done on the web.

sales rep eileen sandherr helped me get everything I needed-- a lot of times with vendors they just ship me what I asked for, and don't take the time to show me additional add ons or required accessories, which is very frustrating but this time around with the purchase of pressure transducers and data logging equipment, eileen helped me get everything I need. Also, Shannon Ryerson is really cool too and has helped me a lot
