I needed an item ASAP and everywhere was out of stock. The customer service rep (Kim, I think?) went out of her way to find me what I needed, followed my order through the process, and had it shipped out same day. Excellent customer service!

Purchase a water depth logger
I was a little confused on all the pieces that I needed but the staff worked with me and quickly sent out the piece that I failed to order. Once we received the cable, the system was quickly setup and is in operation in the field.
