Everything was ordered and delivered without any issue. The only critique is that in today's age (2017) of technology there should be significantly more memory storage capacity in the U12 devices.

Thanks for the review and for the constructive feedback! I agree that whenever possible we should maximize the amount of data that can be collected with our loggers. The U12 family of loggers has been with us for more than ten years and there are no current plans to update the memory on these products. At the time they were introduced they provided a step-change in increased memory over their predecessors, the H8’s. Our UX100/120 series of loggers all provide more memory than U12’s at roughly the same cost. While there are a couple of U12 models that are not replaced with UX100/120 models, most are. Please reach out to our sales applications team for more information on the UX100/120’s as well as our next-generation Bluetooth MX loggers. The memory in those devices greatly exceeds the memory available in the U12’s. In the meantime, you can be sure that your feedback has been received by the right folks at Onset’s product development team, as they are actively working towards creating (near) future products that will provide the same functionality as the U12s, and take the most advantage of the newer technology and memory available today. Quick Turn Data Collection and Testing
I bought a number of devices for a quick turn testing job. Chat customer service was really good. They helped point me to the correct devices and I was able to get a quick turn on the devices. The devices are pretty simple to use - there are a few tweaks that I would suggest to the development team, but they are simply better on good enough. I paid for the "better" version of the software. The software is so-so. The plotting capability reminds me of 1997. It is a bit clunky but I plodded my way through it. In the end I just got it to a point where I could export a decent CSV format and did all of the real analysis and data munging with Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, NumPy, and SpiPy. These devices, and there is a great family of hardware, coupled with a good export routine linked to a Python back end (Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy & SciPy) provide a very powerful framework. The only reason I deducted 1 star was because the software is clunky and long in the tooth. Really nice hardware.

Good web support
Good web support. Fast and accurate order completion. We have worked with these sensors for several years now. It did take some time to learn all the ins and outs of these sensors in terms of sensor placement, calibration, etc. Thanks.
