Onset customer service via chat was great. They were patient and knowledgeable and successfully walked me through how to data dump my loggers.

I purchased a series of humidity and temperature data loggers. The programming is intuitive and the app is fantastic. These guys really know what they are doing.

The manufacturer price was the same as other sources and shipping was included. The credit card transaction went without a hitch and parts arrived in good condition. It took a few days for items to ship, but that wasn't an issue for me. There is no reason I would not choose to purchase from OnSet again.

I have used the temp/humidity loggers for years in the medical equipment field. They work great with accurate readings, long battery life, easy software interface and simple auto start settings. They are used to monitor room conditions as well as shipping conditions to identify potential HVAC failures that could damage equipment. Excellent product.

Had very good experience with tech support working through my problem. Had to go back and forth a few times until got problem figured out. Got good instruction of info I needed to provide in order to solve my problem. The tech support person that helped me was Mike LeBlanc. Mike was very courteous and responsive to my needs. Switched to the Bluetooth units. They are easy to use and I find them great so far. I haven't dumped any data down but that will come when I get a bit of time. They are much easier to set up than the old style ones with no display.
