HOBO Data Loggers & InTemp Monitoring SolutionsReviews of onsetcomp.com

Only had it a week, so a bit soon to give a substantive rating, but so far, so good. Very nice feature having a smartphone app to read the data.

My customer service dealings have been 5-star 100% satisfactory and I would recommend Onset technical people and sales people to anyone. The four star rating is because the Onset equipment we are using now has had a few issues, all of which are finally resolved. The current equipment replaced our now-obsolete loggers and shuttle and software. The obsolete equipment was easier to operate and to work with in our (un-optimal) outdoor work environment.

Easy to use. Sometimes wonder on it being too easy and could miss certain steps ie stop when full or stop with button.

I wish they would connect to my home Wi-Fi so I could see them remotely, and connect more easily instead of Bluetooth. Maybe Bluetooth is used for battery longevity, but this would be nice. Also would like to be able to replace the batteries in the field.

The directions are too much. Wish there was a more simple way to explain the set up. So far I really like the data loggers.

Nice diagnostic tool and easy use

Website is a little hard to navigate at times, otherwise I've had great service for a number of years.

Would have rated at 5 stars except 200A CTs we’re physically much larger than any conductor that is rated for 200A.
