It was approved for 14K only could access 5K It was approved for 14K, then once the time came to draw on the line, they lowered it to 5K. Bait and switch, this isn’t true business funding. Don’t waste your time, its like Cash Advance that is based on your biz

STAY AWAY This company is one giant scam. I have worked with many companies for working capital - Clear.co & Shopify to name a few. Within 45 days I had a lien against my business since the 3k had not been paid back in sales. What they do not tell up is their 60 day timeline that is used as a “reference” for paying the funds back is actually a concrete date. I would have never taken the money if that was the case since it would have been impossible to make that work. On top of all of that they give NO warning as to the lien they are placing. No emails & no phone calls. This is just another bait and switch company that is a perfect example corporate greed disguised as “help”. STAY AWAY As soon as my first review was posted, they put up a fake good review just to cancel out the bad one. Watch your back.

Hi again, We replied to your first review in attempt to explain that we would like to discuss your situation, but you need to contact us as all of our attempts to contact you have gone unanswered. When you violated our terms of service and committed fraud against us, we were left with no option other than to pursue legal recourse, which is totally normal. As stated previously, please contact us so that we can resolve the situation amicably. Thank you!

Hi Blaire, We've been trying to reach you regarding your loan for over a month via phone and email. You clearly violated the legal terms of our agreement and we were left with no choice. Please trust us, we DO NOT want to continue down this path, so please respond to us, and let's get this resolved! We are totally flexible as long as there is open communication. We want you to succeed and we want to help. It's literally why we started this business!

Completly invasive and extensive application process. They do not tell you the extent of credit, background, etc checks done and is beyond any process for Ecommerce I have ever seen. They will also send several emails and call like a scammer from sun up to sun down.

Hi Danielle, We understand your frustration involved with applying for funding, especially when it does not result in cash. Our underwriting team strives to be fair and efficient, often arriving at a decision within 24 hours. But the team is also very meticulous, especially as it relates to communication. If we see a red flag, we will do our best to assess risk, but ultimately it's impossible to loan funds to everyone requesting cash. We wish you the best with your funding search and are rooting for your business's success! -The Onramp Team

The company is misleading and makes you think you have a solid offer and credit line when you do not. The tech side of the application process is very arduous and time consuming. It is not worth it for the service you receive afterwards. I own a shop a phi store and most of the time I can give third parties, like lenders, access to my store to review the sales with only two clicks. With OnRamp you need to manually cut and paste three API keys from Shopify into their system in order for them to even consider a loan. One of the API keys is only revealed once for security reasons. So if you miss recording it, you have no chance of getting access to it again. On-ramp knows how difficult the process is and calls you as soon as you start applying to walk you through it. I did not expect to be doing a tech-support call when I applied for a loan. When that part was finally over I finished the loan application. I received 20 emails in my mailbox saying that I have been approved, my account was set up, and I had a credit line of $81,000. I expected to hear about funding the next day. Crickets. After bombarding me with communications in the beginning, on-ramp suddenly went silent. I called them to see what the loan status was. The rep told me that the team was still considering proposals. He called me back later and said that because I had a merchant loan with Delta Bridge, a predatory lender, they could not deal with me. Delta Bridge is on their blacklist. They knew that I had an outstanding loan when I started the application process. In fact one of the things I wanted to do was payoff the other loans. They told me that on-ramp would be the only lender I needed. I was told that they could not work with me. I wish I have been given the guidelines before I had wasted my time. Also, it is one thing to decline a loan application, but it is another thing to tell someone they have an $81,000 credit line and set up a payment account with them and then tell them you can’t work with them afterwards.

This is a follow up on a previous review. After I wrote the review, the company reached out and asked that I give them another try. I was asked several times to remove my initial review but I did not because it was a reflection on my initial and organic experience. After completing the service, I have been getting bombarded daily with hundreds of calls AND text messages from other lending services asking if I'm still in need of funding. This is ironic because the only new company I have applied for was Onramp. I'm not sure if Onramp sells all of their customers information or if this is punishment for me not removing my initial review. Either way, this distasteful practice makes me glad that I did not change my review after being called and emailed about it so many times....
