The sales team of Mike, Brandon and Noah are some of the best in the entire e-commerce business, and the account management team of Tina and Andrew perfectly take care of every single person they come into contact with. Not a single person is just a statistic, but they are someone that they will take time out of their day to actually talk to and care about. The c-suite are very seasoned in the e-commerce space and built the company off of actual feedback and growth. I believe that On Ramp has the best underwriting team in the lending world. The two head underwriters are two of the smartest people I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with And their work reflects that. Rather than just taking anyone in off the street, the underwriters will do vigorous research to determine if we are the right fit for them and they are the right fit for us as they don’t believe in over leveraging people or putting them in unnecessary debt. I would highly recommend anyone looking for funding for e-commerce business to come here first. Molly is also there!

OnRamp has been a lifesaver. They helped me to scale my business quickly over the past year. Since my store is under Shopify, I started off using Shopify’s capital program. However, the loan amounts were low and the offers were not consistent. Even when you paid the loan off quickly, you would have to wait 1-3 months to get a new offer and eventually the offers stop coming. Their system is not reliable. This is frustrating for business owners that are dependent on a consistent source of cash flow in order to scale. Onramp contacted me out of the blue (I still don’t know how they found me) and offered to do a pilot program that would transition me over to their loan program. I will admit at first it sounded too good to be true. However, how everything was set up there was really no way that I could lose nor be taken advantage of. I’m so glad I took them up on their offer. They are one of the most professional and customer friendly companies that I’ve dealt with. Emails and calls are always answered promptly. If I have any issues or need to delay a payment, they are willing to work with me. As well, they have transparent discussions on what would be best for your company and financial management when it comes down to the loans. Some of the people I have personally worked with are Andrew and Amy. They both have been wonderful. The repayment rates are fair and once you pay the loan down a certain percentage, you’re able to request more money. This company has been a godsend. I recommend them to all of my associates, friends, and family members that have e-commerce businesses.
