I picked up my order. The warehouse wasn't well marked where to pick up and the 2 employees who greeted me didn't seem to understand any sort of system for an online order pickup. I didn't need to sign anything, or verify proof that I had purchased. Seems like they need a system to follow for online order pickups. Honestly, if I told them I was there to pick up all the online orders and looked at the metal and told them halfway what kind of product it was they would have let me take it. Besides that, product is what I ordered and received.

The cardboard pakaging was excellent. However, Last time I ordered aluminum it was coated with a plastic film on both sides to keep from scratching. This time NO film. Please resume the protective film.

The custom cutting size is accurate enough for my use. The delivery is prompt.

Somebody in Seattle was able to bypass the website's shipping default so I could pick it up same day at Portland Will Call.
