Online MetalsReviews of onlinemetals.com

We don't purchase from Online metals very often but the speed at which the order was processed and shipped was great

Great value.

The speed at which the order was received

LOST ONE PIECE IN SHIPPING DUE TO UPS MISHANDLING. THE CARTON END WAS DAMAGED AND RETAPED, AFTER LOOSING THE PART. SUGGESTION: POSSIBLY INSERT EXTRA PACKING PAPER OR A 90 DEG ANGELED CARDBOARD INSERT ON THE INSIDE CORNERS FOR PACKAGING THAT MAY NEED IT. ALTHOUGH THE DOUBLE WALLED CARDBOARD CARTON WAS USED, IT JUST DIDN'T HOLD UP IN THIS INSTANCE. +++GOOD JOB ON THE CUT SIZE.+++

delivery time was fast, quality was superb

Thank you so much for immediately reshipping my order! I was so disappointed when the shipping tube was delivered, damaged and empty. You guys responded immediately when I contacted you and reshipped after getting the pictures. Thank You!

Great company to do business with. Needed a follow-up order to correct a mistake I made, and they got it out to me within two days! Great service. I know where to return when I “mill” something again. Thanks, Mr. George Martin

Products and service are really good and they get it to you quickly.
