Hi Elisa, we submit all completions electronically to the DHSMV immediately upon completion. The DHSMV has confirmed that they received and processed your completion. The driver license or tax collector office has your electronic completion information available when you arrive to take your permit knowledge exam, which is the next step that you need to take prior to requesting your license from the DMV. Please contact us directly 1-800-800-3579 if you need assistance.

Your child's completion was filed immediate after completion with the Florida DMV. You have a PDF copy of your child's completion record available for review by signing back into the account. The driver license or tax collector office has a copy of your electronic completion information available when you arrive to take the permit knowledge exam. Please contact us directly if you need any assistance.
