Actually horrific. Does not load at all on any browser I've found except Microsoft Edge, or on Firefox Android. Only able to complete courses on mobile, where the ui is clearly still designed for you to use a mouse. On browsers where it works, course pages take upwards of fifteen minutes to load sometimes. Barely teaches anything. I'm halfway through and I feel like all they've done is tell me that I'm taking an online drivers ed course, and explain the concept of shapes to me. I'm taking their course for free, and I still feel like I'm being ripped off. I wouldn't interact with this UI/UX even if I was being paid for it. Feels like it was made by an alien that someone gave a 2004 computer to and told to go wild.

Your questions were absolutely ridiculous and useless. Most of the questions made no sense and there wasn't a right or wrong answer.

This has to be the worst drivers ed course available. I wish I had done more research first. It plays sleepy music - just awful. The content is odd - much of it seems non-applicable to being able to be a good driver (e.g. why do I need to know how to define inertia?). At the end, they mail you a hard copy of the certificate, which adds time to the entire process. Highly suggest you do more research and find a program that will teach you what you need to know to pass the test, without putting you to sleep.

Hard to follow, boring, didn't make sense, crappy, all the bad things. Wouldn't recommend

The requirement of the notary is maddening. We had an appointment Saturday, but did not discover this requirement until 10pm on Friday. I sent over the notarized letter on Saturday. On Sunday I was told they couldn't open an image, and I had to send a PDF. I sent a PDF at 6am on Monday, and now it's 6pm Tuesday, I have an appointment TOMORROW MORNING AND NO CERTIFICATE FROM YOU. I AM LIVID.

instruction should be given in person
Response from Online Drivers EdJul 7, 2025
Hello, thank you for the feedback. While we provide instruction to those who seek to learn from a remote location, we'll look into providing resources that can point potential students to another school that teaches in person.
