absolute garbage scam. claim you get a doctors note within minutes. been over an hour and received nothing i payed for and im sure i’ll receive no refund. obviously a scam DONT DO IT

Whole process took about 2 hours. Filled out a form with my symptoms and information and got the note via email. Note wasn’t fully correct, it had the wrong dates, but I was able to correct it myself. Not fully sure if it’s legitimate and if a real doctor looked it over, but they do have a phone number and email you and your employer can reach out to if need be.

I had the best experience with this place. I had recieved a doctors note and sent it to my employer and they sent back that they didnt have enough information. I panicked and I didnt know if they could do anything about that. My job gave me a document to send to them to fill out and I emailed them and they said yes we can do that no problem. They filled it out within a day and I sent it to my employer and it was fixed. They were so kind and helpful. Great place for doctors notes!
