Guys, when I tell you these guys are so fast and def not a scam. I never write reviews but this time I am because I have to let you all know that this is the real deal and you will have your doctor's note within an hour of you sending in your information now when I got my letter back I sent it to my manager and my manager said okay come back tomorrow 9:00 a.m. so these guys save me from losing my job and I am just so thankful for them so yes give them a try you'll see what I'm talking about have a good day!

They have amazing customer service. They have truly been so helpful they have been able to work with my requests and never charged outside of the quoted price even with my special request. In the past year I have used them for all of my family members, all my family members Dr notes for work, school are all provided by them and I am just so happy I found this website!
