Fast shipping, and the product was just what I ordered. That is a big deal anymore.

The company is very easy to work with. One out of the 14 boxes that I received was slightly damaged and I was able to get a refund immediately. They're very responsive and easy to get a hold of. I've contacted them via phone and email in the past. They return calls and emails within the hour.

Near perfect experience. Reasonably priced. Works to accommodate the customer. Only thing keeping it from a perfect score is a lack of keeping the customer abreast of the tracking. I felt like I did most of the ground work surrounding the delivery/tracking process when it should have been the other way around. Overall though, I definitely recommend the company.

The material requested was as expected and I appreciate it. The items look good on the floor. The I did not give 5 stars as I thought the wait time between ordering and shipping was well over a week. This did not make any sense. I could have drove from my house to the on floor location and returned in one day. I realize that isn’t feasible but I would have thought the order would be placed, the store would pull the material together in a couple of days and it would ship the next day after pulling the material. But more than a week was taken before ship pic get occurred.

A wonderful customer services. I will give 5 stars, unfortunately the factory shipped even the wood that was marked by them as damaged.
