We found luxury vinyl flooring from Belgium that we really love at our local flooring company, and I was looking for more information on the product and found OnFlooring.com on a Google search. I checked their price for our job, and it was $600 cheaper than our contractor's discounted price at the local company (even though he gets a 33% discount there). I was a little hesitant to order flooring for our whole house online, but the reviews online for OnFlooring were very positive so I took a chance and ordered the flooring from them. It turns out that the flooring we ordered was back-ordered, but Marc at OnFlooring kept us informed about when the flooring would arrive. We found out that OnFlooring uses the same regional distributor as all the local flooring companies, and with OnFlooring the product was delivered right to our driveway by a trucking company instead of having our contractor pick it up at the local flooring company. One box of flooring was slightly damaged by the trucking company, but Marc agreed to add an extra case to a second order we made to compensate for it -- we decided to purchase more of the same flooring for 2 extra rooms we were not originally going to do, since Marc told us the manufacturer was going to discontinue that flooring soon. Overall, we are very satisfied with the pricing and customer service at OnFlooring.com, and I highly recommend them.

Marc was very detail oriented. Made sure I have the extra trim pieces I needed. Have our delivery scheduled to meet our schedule. If no surprises at delivery we will be extremely pleased. Price was very good.
