Quick processing and delivery

Great customer service and quality products but I wish it was easier to return or exchange items that weren't quite right. There's only a select few items that are returnable.

customer service, ordering process was great.Ordered a vinyl plank matching stair trim, the trim scratched very easily. The issue was handled prudently and appropriately to my satisfaction, including offering replacement trims. Happy to see a vendor try hard to help you when issues arise.

A little slow in delivery, but kept me informed through the entire process, the prices were good, and the product perfect. Would use them again.

Everything was great... prices were good... but the delivery date changed multiple times.

Everything was exceptional about on flooring. The only thing that kept me from the 5 starts was the pick up fee. I felt that if the customer had to do the driving & pick up to get the supplies that there should not be a $89 fee! And I had to to order additional supplies so I had to Pay twice.

Shipping was slower then they said it would be. apparently they confused Washington state with Washington DC and that led to my job being delayed

On floor was quick to respond and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and pricing was competitive. My only complaint was that I did not receive confirmation of the shipment arrival until the afternoon before. It would have been nice to know ave time at least 24 hours in advance in order to have time to make plans for work.
