Good products, great to deal with, but mistake with order
My first order with OnFlooring consisted only of a few transition pieces. The order was delivered in a timely fashion, very well packaged. However, one track piece was missing. This was a relatively simple order, so failing to verify the shipment contents is just poor quality control, and could cause real disruption at the jobsite, and for that a star was deducted. That said, OnFlooring accepted the error and was very attentive in rectifying the mistake, sending the missing piece to me immediately, which was appreciated.
